Do you remember a smart phone called Orange San Francisco, which was so popular in the UK , being the most affordable phone in the year. At it's first glance, people loved it , since it was truely budget handset and it was rewarded at couple of award ceremonies. It's time to talk about the successor of San Francisco. San Francisco II ,that's the brand name given to this handset. San Francisco II will be available with Orange carrier exclusively. You might have seen that , there lots of high-end Smart Phoness poping up in the current market. Sometimes people can't afford them, truely expensive. San Francisco II has been introduced as a solution for this matter. Let's move into the specs.
San Francisco II has a 800mHz processor, that's comparatively slower than the current processors in the market, but you might have noticed that, it has improved from it's 600Mhz earlier version. San Francisco II will run on Android Ginger Bread. Hope it will go for Android 4.0, with another upgrade sooner. It comes WVGA display(800x480) and worth for the amount you pay for this. San Francisco II features 5MP camera module, could see a little improvement from the earlier version(3.2 MP). It measures 117x58.5x10.6 mm and weighs 120g. San Francisco II does not come with a large memory, it's only 512MB can be extended upto 16GB using a microSD card. I hope the second member of San Francisco family,San Francisco II will be hitting the market depth soon.

After few weeks, here we have another HTC handset to be discussed. As you have noticed, now Smart Phones are getting better and better in all ways, performance, usability, outlook are the main factors to consider when comparing these smart phones. HTC has been researching on a smart phone, where all of these factors are fulfilled by the Smart Phone for affordable price. This is where HTC Amaze 4G comes in handy with it's metallic shell + beautiful finishing. HTC Amaze 4G is heavy enough to make users feel, its royal features. Finally we have one competitor from HTC to battle with Samsung Galaxy S II.Let's talk about the features of HTC Amaze 4G .
HTC Amaze 4G comes with 4.3-inch super LCD touchscreen ,that's 960x549 resolution , it's not 4.52 inch like S II, quite smaller. HTC Amaze 4G offers a 8 MP rear facing camera module + 2 MP front facing camera. that's capable of recording 1080p quality videos. On the other hand it's camera app, it has many new features, and options. The next feature is the memory, HTC Amaze 4G comes with built-in storage is 16GB, and a expansion slot for 32GB microSD card. We can simply say it's powerful enough to compete with SII , that's all together with 1.5GHz dual core processor + 1GB RAM + Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread + HTC Sense 3.0. Isn't that strong enough to beat the SGII? .Well move to the next feature, the quality of Calls, voices sound natural but there is tiny background noise during lulls and talking about the Speakerphone, its great and you will love it, since it has natural quality. The battery life is rated 6 hours of talk time, but i think SGII comes first in this case. Let's talk about the Network support, HTC Amaze 4G supports quad-band world support with both voice + video. When it comes to Connectivity, HTC Amaze has almost all(3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, NFC , HSPA+) connectivity features.Well, the noticed changes from previous HTC devices are customizable lock screen and 3D carousel home screen.
Probably this will be quite expensive Smart Phone, By now T-Mobile has put the price as $249.99 + two year agreement. Hope you will love HTC Amaze 4G.
